This restaurant is appalling. I have visited Red Lobster before and know that it is a decent chain, nothing special, but this particular experience was terrible. The service was careless and slow, the mussels were not fresh, and the crab legs were cold and tasteless. Even the beer tasted odd and they did not have a glass for me to drink from. I was also disappointed that they showed a picture of a Blue Moon beer in a glass with an orange slice, but made me drink it straight from the bottle. Overall, this was the worst seafood meal I have ever had and I am just hoping I do not end up with a stomach ache. The health department should pay a visit to this establishment, as everything seemed dirt...
I haven?t been to Red Lobster in years, so I was especially glad when I bit into a delicious cheddar bay biscuit last week. I also enjoyed my sirloin, green beans, and mashed potatoes with Norwegian lobster. I can?t remember the name of my drink, but it was recommended by my waitress, Isabella, and it was really good. All the staff were very nice and they did a good job of making sure everyone was socially distanced since they don?t offer outdoor seating. This was a nice little dinner the other night, I?m looking forward to returning for some lobster soon!
I had a wonderful meal with a close friend at this restaurant! It was not crowded and we were seated quickly. The food was hot and fresh, especially the famous garlic biscuits from Salad World that we had as appetizers. Our server was great and answered our menu questions politely. We both ordered the fried flounder fish sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. The breading was unique and different from the usual beer battered fish. The portion size was just right and the pricing was also reasonable. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
Wow, I had almost forgotten how amazing it is to see a tank full of live lobsters at a restaurant. The general manager here is clearly on top of cleanliness, as I even saw someone dusting, something that is rare to see these days. The food is quite delicious and the staff is mostly awesome. They are attentive and take good care of the customers. The kitchen may be a bit slow, but the food that comes out is absolutely delicious.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. The host, the young lady who walked us to our table, and another young lady we walked past were all refreshingly friendly and pleasant! Our server Abraham was amazing, the food came outquickly and was delicious. 10/10 will recommend this location and will return in the future!
The food and drinks were great but we didn't feel like we were checked on much as well as they weren't talkative. Just the start of taking the order and that was it. Didn't see if we wanted dessert. They did see if we wanted more than just appetizers drinks which was good but wanted more attention. Over all, a good experience.
This Red Lobster has really stepped up their game since before Covid. The food and drinks were delicious. I would give 5 stars but it was very cold inside and didn't have any background music which took away from the experience.
Nice spot. When we visited it was clean and quiet. Our server Yancey was awesome. She was very attentive and didn't miss a beat. The brussel sprouts were burnt though. Still we enjoyed ourselves.
