Although my mother sent back her food while we were here, it is a pretty nice clean establishment. My only issue is there was no one really here to greet us. We waited for a few minutes for a hostess, someone to walk up to us however no one came. I started to walk around to look for someone to seat us and that's when the waitress came over and said she was the only one here for right now and finally seated us when she was done with a table. As far as the waitress, she was very nice; she made our experience very enjoyable and she is the reason why I gave it 4 stars. She was a pleasure to deal with! Her name is Rose! She was by far one of the nicest most courteous waitresses I have encountered...
Sam was an amazing host. I had an important meeting and I received my food as requested ... In a timely fashion, Very hot as requested and everything out all at once ., I cannot see anything other than it was just !! I did have a question about something that Sam couldn't answer so his wonderful manager came out and introduced herself she was just a sweet polite and wonderful most of all professional and attentive with pertinent knowledge manager., that made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. We had to wait 10 minutes before we were able to be seated, as there was a large party ahead of us waiting to be seated. I ordered cocktails and appetizers. The drinks were watered down. The food was good and fresh. I particularly enjoyed the lobster tails, however, the server was unable to explain the differences between the various cooking options.
I ordered takeout. My food came in two large aluminium bowls. In one of the pans, my rice came into a cup. In the other pan the rice was simply thrown into the pan, no cup or container. We all enjoyed the food we ordered, especially the salmon. The freshly baked biscuits were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, coming by every 5 minutes to check if everything was good. It's definitely worth the money for the quality of food. Signed, Selva.

We ordered the Ultimate Feast, Shrimp Alfredo, and Grilled Lobster, Shrimp, and Salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The children had a great time and enjoyed the meal.

Every time we go here, either eat or get out, the service and the food are great! We've been driving to Red Hummer for years, and I don't think it'll change soon.
