We visited Red Lobster for my mom's birthday while we were in Vermont. The restaurant wasn't too busy, with about 16 people in our section. Our waiter, Danny, was a nice guy with a good personality, but he talked a bit too much. It took over 15 minutes for him to greet us and another 15 for our drinks to arrive. After we ordered our food and appetizers, Danny quickly dropped off the food and left without stopping at our table. He didn't take the time to listen to us or respond to our requests. We waited for over 2 hours and still hadn't been offered coffee, dessert, or to-go boxes. Danny's service was disappointing and we felt neglected throughout the meal.
I went to Red Lobster with my mom and my dad, this was the first time we ever went to Red Lobster and it was absolutely delicious!!We had calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and for the main course I had Maine Lobster Tail with Sirloin steak, dad had garlic shrimp scampi with rice, and mom had popcorn shrimp with french fries!It was all so delicious!!I would highly recommend coming here!!I also had a $50 E-Gift card that I won on Twitter back in February. We used it to get $50 off the bill, I would definitely wanna come back here again one day!!And those cheddar bay biscuits were so delicious!!And the employees were very kind!
The waitress was rude and unprofessional. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the food, she responded by saying she didn't get paid enough to hear complaints. This attitude is unacceptable for someone in the service industry. On a positive note, the manager was extremely pleasant and should be commended for handling the situation with grace.
Food was delicious but it took awhile for it come out. However they accommodated us by giving us free appetizers while we waited and were extremely courteous. I’ve been before and will return. My wife enjoyed the endless shrimp. I kept it simple with my entrees but the food is always fresh and it’s never too loud like in the city. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Sangria was excellent. So was the service until it was time to get the bill. The server just disappeared, so I ended up sitting there for 15 minutes after I had finished your meal, just looking around. Not cool. The food was and is just ok. Much better places at this price point. I Really only went there because I had a gift card.
The service was absolutely horrible. The girl at the front desk was rude and had an attitude towards everyone that came in. My waiter ignored us. I asked for water and did not get it until I made a complaint. The biscuits were not fully cooked. I've been to this location several times but this time was the worst I've experienced.
Big shoutout to Kaily! She was extremely friendly and polite during our meal. She even took the time to train a new employee. The food was fantastic. I ordered the Fish and Chips, but was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the Shrimp Tacos were. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
Food is great, fresh. Came her with a party of nine, 15 minutes after they opened and couldn’t be seated until a specific server came. Service was slow but our server did the best that she could given what she had to work with. I would go back to this location maybe with a smaller group. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I usually command a fish dinner, but today I ordered her speckburger with the works and fries! wow was so juicy and delicious! we always go to the red lobster in copiague on sunrise highway and always ask to be anamarie, our server! linda g.
