This Red Lobster is located on the first floor of Queens Center Mall, right across from Annie's Pretzel and a candy stand. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so we were seated immediately. The waitress was very friendly and provided excellent service. It's a great spot to stop by for brunch, lunch, or dinner if you're in the area!
An old time favorite of mine but hadn't been here in years. The host was attentive friendly and the food delicious. Was going to order a Rock lobster Shrimp Scampi but winded up getting the daily special of two Rock lobsters with two sides. Although it took 15 minutes to get change back for a $100 bill I gave to the waitress.
I am highly disappointed. The mashed potatoes must have been frozen because they were still cold also there wasn't focus on the presentation. I ate my meal and never received my lobster until finally I asked about it. Poor attention to detail. And to food was mediocre.
I had a pretty good experience at the restaurant. I really enjoyed the biscuits and the appetizers. The main dishes were also well-prepared. The cocktails leaned a bit on the sweeter side, though. I would rate the service as okay. Overall, it was a good experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I'd like to give a shout-out to my African American male waiter. He was very friendly and attentive, but I unfortunately forgot his name after enjoying two Bahama Mamas. Once I find the receipt, I'll make sure to mention his name!
Poor and slow service, my table was shaking and I moved. Yet the restaurant staff let 2x more parties sit there who also wanted to be moved. The waiter never checked on me and I had to wave him over to get more attention.
Alyssa did a nice job making my dining experience fun and smooth. Had the Admiral's Feast which is very tasty and has a variety of likable fried items. The add-on maine lobster tail is one of my favorites.
