This was the worst food experience our family has had. We will never go back again. Food was awful. Our seafood was cold and cover cooked. We never complained but for the cost and the way the food was presented we had to say something. My husband’s beer was wrong. We never received our appetizer. My husband and son got burgers they were over cooked. There were fruit fly flying around. The bathrooms were disgusting. This was my daughters 20th birthday dinner and it was awful. Not worth the $160.00 bill. We spoke with the manager and he gave us a coupon to come back and get free dessert. NO THANK YOU.
We were there in mid-February and the food was much better then. My heart s and had the same meal this time…fried shrimp (total of 18) and they were MUCH smaller last night. We did tell the Manager when he walked around checking the tables. His response was, and he said this being totally serious, “oh, well I wasn’t the person who did the cooking”. Of course we replied “no, but you ARE the Manager, correct?” He said that he was the Manager. He showed absolutely zero interest in our comment and then walked away. We were extremely disappointed and we seriously do not plan on returning there.
The hostess did not perform well. She failed to stick to the scheduled time, as we were seated 25 minutes late despite arriving 10 minutes early. When we finally got to our table, she simply dropped the menus and gestured towards them, saying, "That's your table." Although the waitress was friendly and the food was enjoyable, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Always crazy busy at Red Lobster on a Friday during Lent. Our table for 4 was awaiting us on time without wait. The Manager checked on us and resolved a minor problem quickly. We enjoyed our special evening and having a reservation was the start of it all!

We had a reservation there was no hostess a server seated us and never took us off reservation list. We told him to do it. He said didn’t have time to do it. Then I got a notice from open table about missing my reservation. We didn’t miss it we were there
the service was very good. Kitchen was a little slow but waitress kept us updated. We were in no hurry so no problem. The food came out and was hot and very well prepared. Would go back again.
The orzo was not cooked this was not the first time. And we had to ask for the orzo it was not served with the entree
Waitress was one of the best we’ve had! Always checking on us and making sure we’re taken care of. Very kind
