Food was old and very dry! Went there for my bday with the family for dinner because after all it is my favorite restaurant although there was no wait our waiter was horrible he was very sarcastic, he kept messing up on our salads so when our food was coming out he becked for them to take it back, I was very disappointed and will never go back, food was cold and when I said something to him he said well things never taste or look like the pictures! My mom had order a lobsterita and he never bought it out! When she asked him about it again he bought her one out with the drizzle or anything in it
We had an incredible experience tonight. Our waitress, Tasha, was absolutely fantastic—without a doubt the best server we've ever had. She ensured that we were well taken care of and was helpful in every possible way. I arrived with a headache, and she offered wonderful suggestions for comfort food that made me feel so much better. Tasha deserves to be running the company or, at the very least, this location. We will definitely be returning and will be asking for her each time. Thank you for making our evening so wonderful, Tasha. You truly are a gem!
Came in for Mother’s Day and had Tasha for our server. Wow! It’s been a while since I have been to this location because the service was less than stellar last time. This time? A hundred times better! The food was taking a while (Mother’s Day- it’s busy! and she always made sure we had refills and bread. She was very sweet to my mom too! I’ll definitely be asking for her when I come back. As should everyone else! Thanks Tasha!
Just ate carry out and it was delivered for free today for NYE. Everything was delicious and warm. We had the admirals feast, shrimp trio, shrimp Rangoon and vanilla cheesecake. There was plenty of food leftover to serve the next day. Tonight‘s dinner turned out to be a very good experience at this restaurant carry out. Thank you for working today and for the free delivery.

service is extremely slow, unsure if they are under staffed? the waitress was doing a great job but it shouldn't take over an hour to get your meal and 1 refill on Endless shrimp. I wasn't expecting lunch to take hours. Some food was hot, most cold and an order of walts shrimp was undercooked. Had to ask 3 times for cocktail sauce. huge disappointment.
We haven’t had a bad experience here yet with multiple visits. Warm fresh cheddar biscuits, great grilled shrimp steamed crab legs. Service has been outstanding with the exception of one visit. We come here often when craving some seafood.
Everything about this restaurant is wonderful. We visit here probably once a month (lots of gift cards) and the service has always been top notch, food is always great and you get a lot for what you pay for.
Coleslaw was inedible. Brought appetizers same time as meal. Long wait for meal and no salads come with the meal anymore. All in all not great.

Our waiter was amicable, but stressed by too many tables. Communication with kitchen staff clearly needs improvement.
Kristine was a very good server!! Had to wait for my endless shrimp!!
