I made a reservation on Open Table, yet call-ahead patrons were ahead of us for tables. We arrived 10 minutes early, yet waited 15 minutes beyond confirmed time. Many booths tables were empty, but we were told the servers were backed-up. Truthfully, we would have preferred being seated with a glass of water waiting in our booth! Our server, Deb, was fabulous we were relaxed content as she took our drink orders. Unfortunately, they were out of Josh Cabernet, my husband's preferred wine, had no other cabernets or merlots (on a Saturday night)! I was under the impression that Open Table reservations were given priority over walk-in customers. However, when we arrived, we were informed that they do not hold reservations (even though we were there before our reservation time). Despite my confusion, we waited for our table as we were there to celebrate our son's birthday. Unfortunately, Red Lobster is not known for being a budget-friendly option, but we found the portion sizes to be small, the food was overcooked, and it was not served hot. Based on this experience, I believe our visits to Red Lobster have come to an end.
We were happy to see the additional choices on the Endless Shrimp menu. However, we were disappointed that the Dragon shrimp selection was not available. Not any at all and we were there on Saturday 8/19/2023 at 6:15 p.m. Early and on a weekend not to have a new offering is not a good thing. We do like that one can select 3 kinds of shrimp at one time. This makes it easier on the wait staff as well as more shrimp are on the first order. Our server was Nora. Very nice and very attentive. Will try again to get Dragon Shrimp on our next visit.
SLOW SERVICE. Very long time to get our food. Ordered steaks and lobster tail for myself and BF. The lobster tail didn’t come with melted butter and lemon. Steaks were very VERY SALTY… After eating asked for the check to our waiter RONALD (Table 47) it took over 15 minutes to get his attention again to ask for bill again This was a horrible experience… Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Terrible,told 20/25 wait time ,actual was 45 minutes,not acceptable Lobster was served not ready to eat had to be sent back to kitchen twice to be cracked so good food could be taken out of shell. And eaten Staff did not appear helpful, manager finally did help and gave price adjustment but experience was terrible
Our standard Sunday lunch after church. Always great welcome with recognition Open Table reservation. Repeat great outside seating. Outstanding service by Pamella. Savory coffee and stuffed mushrooms to start. Wonderful Tuna Crunch Salad and Salmon Salad entrees. Plan to repeat next Sunday.
Our waiter was outstanding, providing excellent service and always being available when needed. Our experience was fantastic, with delicious and flavorful food. Overall, it was a very positive dining experience.
