Went here first time on October 15 2023. Friendly staff. Food can be pricey, but they do have on certain days of week deals on food and drinks. Loved my lobster pasta dish with plenty of seafood. First time trying lobster and loved it. Worth the $30. Husbands fish was a bit small but delicious. The shrimp and fries was good. Brussel sprouts had good flavor, but it was hard not cooked enough for us to eat, esp for my husband with his dentures. Cheesecake was ok. The biscuits were delicious. Tried our appetizer. It was ok, but it wasn't our thing. The device on the table where you pay wasn't working, so the nice waitress helped us and used another one. Want to stop by here again soon try some...
Went with my family of 7 on a Thursday. My family was 5 minutes behind my husband and me. They set the table up but wouldn't let us sit. They had a total of 5 tables in the restaurant and two of them were sat after we walked in. I asked the manager to talk to me because I'm handicapped and needed to sit down and wanted to order right away. He refused to come out and told the host not to let us sit down till the rest of the family was there. So we drove to the seafood restaurant right next door called Cajun Crab. That manager was wonderful and sat me immediately because I was obviously in pain. I strongly recommend the Cajun Crab instead of Red Lobster. And will never go back.
We went a couple of days before Thanksgiving for lunch only 2 other people were in the restaurant so it was very nice atmosphere. We ordered the all you can eat shrimp. It took a long time to get reorders the grilled shrimp was awful ..smelled like propane..the shrimp scampi was really good though but would not return to this particular red lobster.
I experienced the best service of my life from the waitress here. Her name was Jackie. She was kind attentive and helpful with the menu. She was making biscuits and serving tables and I was at the bar. I will be returning. The food was great and come out fast. Thanks for being great at what you Jackie

Food was good, when it finally came out. Cocktails took about 15 minutes to come out, and tasted fine, but were virtually alcohol free. We finally got biscuits just as we were finishing our meal.
