I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to our server, Michelle. She was attentive, friendly, and made our experience truly enjoyable. I ordered the Ultimate Feast, and it was incredible—everything was cooked to perfection, from the lobster tail to the shrimp and crab. The food was absolutely delicious, and Michelle's recommendations were spot on. She kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, making sure we were well taken care of. Wow!! What a tremendous dining experience!! Ms. Dana waited on me at the bar and she was delightful and attentive to my every need! The place was nice and quiet and I was the only person at the bar. I was waited on in a decent amount of time. The food was scrumptious as usual (I had a craving for those famous biscuits)! Overall I would rank this visit above a 10!! I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but unfortunately Red Lobster has declined in quality. The food is subpar, the biscuits are not as good as they used to be, and prices have increased while portions have shrunk. The restaurant used to be quite good, but my most recent order was disappointing. The portions seemed smaller and the food was overcooked. This was for dinner, with a price range of $20-30 per person. I would rate the food a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.
The restaurant still offers their popular endless shrimp option, and they have recently added a new item: "Crab Your Way." This dish includes 1lb of crab legs with various flavored seasonings to choose from.
