It wasnât told to us that alcoholic beverages would not be able to be served until we were done eating. The waitress took our drink orders at the beginning and by the time we were through our meal, came back and told us the drinks couldnât be made. We were told our bill will be comped for the inconvenience but then weâre given a dollar off gift card. Havenât been to red lobster in a while. Wonât be coming back. Being short staffed is one thing, but let the customer know ahead of time so there wonât be any surprises.
Red Lobster is a fantastic option for seafood enthusiasts. I dined there today with my family and had a delightful dinner. We opted for the endless shrimp meals, which were a favorite among everyone at our table. The service was outstanding, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. All in all, it was a wonderful dining experience at Red Lobster.
Unfortunately, we werenât even able to get our food. Despite having reservations, we waited about an hour to get seated. Upon sitting, the waitress was HORRIBLE! Didnât even introduced herself had a very bad attitude. At that point, I decided to take my family grab pizza rather than stay there eat.
The food was excellent, the waitress was outstanding, and they even surprised my partner and son with ice cream and brownies for their birthdays without us asking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return—just with a reservation!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time on our date night! The food was fantastic, particularly the scallops and cajun salmon. We can't wait to return soon!
