This red mango location is so bad. Any time I order online they act like they have never done an online order before and they don't even know that I ordered. My order is almost never ready and they don't start making it until I get there and tell them that I ordered. Then it takes them like 10 minutes to make it. I order online because I want my order to be ready or at least almost ready by the time I get there. Not good.
I'm a huge fan of the original flavor, but this time it was a bit less tangy and creamy than I usually expect. Additionally, it felt a bit light on the fruit; I received the same amount in the regular size as I do in the small. The toppings should be proportional—larger sizes should have more toppings. I'm also unsure which location this delivery came from, as some Red Mango branches tend to be better than others.
At this Red Mango location, you can't serve yourself like at other places, and the staff tends to waste more toppings than they actually add to your ice cream cup. I wouldn't recommend it. I paid $12 for a small ice cream that had barely any toppings, and they didn't even weigh them. The service was terrible.
Incredible yogurts, juices, and açaí bowls! I usually go there just for the açaí bowls; Dong is fantastic and creates the best bowls I've ever had. not what I expected. the yogurt itself was way too sugary. I don't know what is going. I'll just not buy from red mango, anymore. the recipe is totally not the same. fruits were great. packaged okay. just the dern yogurt is not to be sought after.
The service was extremely slow, and they clearly need more staff. I waited for 10 minutes without any assistance while others who arrived after me were attended to. I felt completely overlooked.
This location does accept red mango loyalty card. Not sure why? Today no strawberry or blueberry toppings in a hand written sign by cash wrap. The toppings area is untidy and messy usually.
