My husband said he was raised on the pizza from here; however, after the service I was given last evening we can't imagine eating from there again. I went in and ordered two dishes (lasagna and cavatelli/chicken). They were placed in a bag in a box when given to me. Upon returning home and picking the box up from the seat of my car, I noticed wetness fall all down the front of my clothing. I then pulled the box away from myself and saw it was soaked, the bag was full looking with fluid, garlic sauce down the front of me and the seat of my vehicle drenched. I took it inside carefully and opened it after placing box over sink and found that lid was never fixed onto the container of my chicken...
Not the first time it has happened and it's not always but I don't understand how someone can't understand simple instructions to make a sub with minimal ingredients I asked for 3 different cold cuts and they somehow still end up putting something that doesn't belong on my sub. It's disappointing so I don't think I will be ordering from here again
All I can say is WOW. The pizza was delicious! The sauce was perfect on the plain slice and the grandmas pie was mouthwatering. Also ordered the California cheesesteak and it was by far the best cheesesteak wrap/sandwich we have ever had! Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. I had not been here in years, so I looked them up on Google and viewed the menu there. Ordered a sub that was listed for $9.50. Picked it up and was charged $16. I didn't complain, just paid but your prices on Google should be updated I doubt prices went up 70% just this week. The sub was just OK.
We’ve been ordering from Red Moon for many, many years. The pizza has always been consistently good and I feel like it has been even better lately. (Note: We are very serious about our pizza in this house! Their pepper onion pizza is, by far, the best around. Delicious!
I’m tired of this place forgetting items and getting orders wrong. Ordered 2 chicken cheesesteaks today and they sent beef. 4th time recently they messed up my order. No apology, didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Old lady at the register is rude
