place to hold for gnade and understanding, everyone seems to be short to remember my own experience as waitress, and it is a Friday night. we were not very impressed by our experience. the waiting time did not seem unreasonable (50min. on Friday night at 19:30 o'clock), but there were people who had to wait over an hour, many empty tables, and once another employee came to the door, all sat within 20min. that leads me to believe that there was not good communication behind the scenes. our waiter seemed overwhelmed and liquid, which led to inattentiveness. we had to ask for serviettes, for fillings, and he gave us our scary very soon after we got our food. we were barely halfway through eatin...
We always go to Red Robin for our special occasions, and absolutely love the food every time. This time was extremely different. Our server was absolutely fabulous! Although, after receiving our meal we had some hiccups. Mine was missing my bacon which wasn't a huge deal at all, but we noticed the beef was INCREDIBLY salty. It also seemed quite a bit lighter in color than normal and had a dense consistency. About 20 minutes after eating, my husband became pretty sick. Between what we have seen with the burgers, and he has a light soy intolerance, we are genuinely concerned that we may have been given Impossible burgers instead of regular beef. Obviously now, there is now no way to tell, but...
on the 26th February, at 17 o'clock. waiting time was 40 minutes. many open tables and realized that they must be short on the personal. it was 45 minutes before a table was finished. we were right in the short personal situation. but the staff they had on their faces! respect, efficient, polite. our waiter has not only commanded him to get over tables and get the floor. kudos damen and herren: you are great! I hope the others noticed you tonight. many thanks for another good meal and service.
we really enjoy red robin. so far plymouth mn is the best. here everything is in order. to not slam them for inadequate staff in this crazy world, we live in, but the cook and the waiting staff were so short that there were 30 minutes waiting and the place was half empty. our waiter seemed pretty busy. my meal didn't come until everyone else was close to being done and I never got anything I ordered. hopefully better next time. great experience overall. had waited a little, but this is expected that covid and restaurants will help short. only have to be patient and understand that eating quickly came out, eating was hot and fresh. had never an empty glass. the name of our server was cole and he made a phenomenal job. No one in my group had a complaining and in the position to pay at the table was super convenient.
All of the mozzarella sticks were overcooked, the extra crispy fries were undercooked, and the jalapeno coins were not good. The burger was decent, but overall, the food was not worth the price. Disappointing experience.
I ordered a vegetarian burger, but received the incorrect order. I was given a burger with a meat patty and pineapple on it.
