I had the simple chicken sandwich and chili and I ordered the cookies for the table. The sandwich was blah at best. It was just unseasoned chicken with no kind of condiment whatsoever, no sauce, and just lettuce tomatoes and pickles.Definitely not worth $13. The chili had absolutely no flavor I couldn't eat more than three spoonfuls of it because the texture was like eating grit. The cookies were still mostly frozen. I spent $35 on less than good food and I definitely won't be back. The service was very good though and that is why I gave it three stars otherwise I would have given it one star.
We went to this restaurant tonight to have my birthday meal for the month. After an hour and half a ride to get there, they have a paper sign and say they close at 7:00 when they should be open until 10. I said we couldn't get a table because the kitchen was secured, but could order. This is a terrible way to treat customers. We left and went to another place that had much better service. Avoid this terrible situation. The staff is more concerned about going home early than offering service to their customers.
The food was good. But it was never asked to get more pommes. Or refill on drinks. The waitress sent us to other tables. We have my 10 month old with us and have a high chair. She was a sleep in her car seat, so I'm waiting for her to wake up while we were waiting for food. Waitress asked if she could take the high chair because he was in the way. I said we won't use it. I'm just waiting for her to wake up.
The service was really good and it's a nice place. Our appetizer was tasty(onion ring stack) and my wife enjoyed her salad and my son ate all of his corn dogs, but I'm not that fond of their Burgers. I just like a old fashioned ground beef burger and theirs just doesn't taste like that to me. We went here for a birthday party and if not for that I wouldn't go there for a burger. We showed up after a soccer tournament game with a party of 16+, we had to make it to another game within and hour and a half. The staff quickly accommodated us.. we were fine having split tables for kids and parents.. food came out within 10 minutes of us ordering and the waitress was amazing.. even with the multiple checks! Great experience!
My meal was good, but when I came home and the email of my bill checked a $2.50 entertainment fee. I suppose this is for the tablet I only pay on the desert menu and pay my bill. I'm not gonna use the tablets again when I go back, I'm gonna let them run my card. I think that's a bad way to run a business.
There were seats in the bar. It was our experience that bar sessions don't work well. The dinning room was 95% empty. We said it would wait 10 minutes. If you have to pay the staff better to get help, I would think you would do it. We went after 10 minutes.
The food was so juicy and moist and I love the chocolate malts the waiter was so funny I always have a great time going there really makes you forget about life outside the world for a little while can't wait to go back again Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The restaurant offered a classic American dining experience. The waitress was very attentive. However, the fries were not fresh, likely due to a staffing shortage.
