Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing, except for our waitress, Stephanie, who was excellent. When we arrived, we were informed that we would be seated next, but it turned out they had never taken our name. As a result, we waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated, and then it took an additional 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. A table that was seated an hour and a half after us received their meals before we did. To make matters worse, my family missed our appointment and had to leave with our meals to-go. Second time I've been at this location in the last couple of months. Used to eat here every week before Covid and it was great, no complaints. My issue now isn't with the food but the waitstaff. They (not all of them) can be seen standing aroundsocializing while we've been at our table, waiting an unreasonable amount of time for our food and drink refills. Tonight, whenI requested a refill on my drink, the wait was so long I had to get up myself and get it, plus the bartender had to get theother condiment I requested earlier. This was similar to what I experienced when I ate at this location a few months ago.

I returned to the same restaurant and found that the food presentation was quite appealing. The place was clean, both inside and out. However, I felt the prices were on the higher side. Our server was friendly and attentive, which was a plus. I ordered a burger that had good flavor, but it didn’t stand out to me. Unfortunately, the fries were served cold, which was disappointing. Overall, I wasn't very impressed. Additionally, the drink refill was smaller than I expected.

I visited the restaurant on a Thursday around noon, and it wasn't very crowded. The service was friendly and pleasant. The food was fantastic—I had a burger and fries, and the unlimited fries were a nice perk. I also tried the Mud Pie, which was delicious. The service was good, and my wife really enjoyed her meal. However, it seems that management believed I didn't know what properly cooked fish should taste like, as they refused to recook my overcooked fish. Unfortunately, I don't plan on returning anytime soon. They must be busy enough not to prioritize customer satisfaction.

The complimentary birthday burger was fantastic! They served the perfect amount of fries—just enough so that it wasn't overwhelming, allowing for seconds if you wanted more. I really enjoyed the orange cream soda I had, and I even got to refill it to take home as a little treat for myself.

Where's the beef? I expected more out of a $14 hamburger. While the fries were great and the hamburger tasted good I didn't expect the patties to be so thin. Hence the 3 stars. Waitress was great but sorta busy. It's been almost 6 years since I'vewent to Red Robin

And the free birthday party who was great! They only gave the correct amount of frits and did not get overwhelmingly playful, so if you wanted seconds, you can get more. I love the orange cream soda I had. I have to refill. My treat for me. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

We were able to get a table immediately. The staff was friendly, and both the food and drinks were enjoyable. The restaurant had much more space compared to other Red Robins we've visited.

Great experience here, got the Monsterburger together with some cheese sticks. And server was on point, will come back
