We were taken care of and served promptly although throughout our dining experience not once did the serve come and check in and see if we needed a refill or any more fries. My wife ordered a well done bbq whiskey burger but when she took a bite out of it it was medium rare and extremely oily. My burger was completely fine and well done like I asked. I ordered the cheese dip bacon cheeseburger. Other than that, the atmosphere was lively as you'd expect with Red Robins.
Amelia provided amazing service at Red Robin in Kent's East Hill. The food was also excellent. After several disappointing dining experiences in recent years, this restaurant stands out as a shining example of good service and enjoyable food. If you're looking for a place where the staff is genuinely happy to do their job, I highly recommend visiting this Red Robin location.
I regularly sit in the bar... The bartenders (Chris and Hannah) are AWESOME.. They take care of you as soon as you walk in.. My drink was delivered in less that 2 min.. food showed up in less than 5!! All fresh and tasty! Those 2 and all the rest work asa TEAM!! THIS IS MY GO TO PLACE! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
I'm bias. I love Red Robin. I love the turkey burger and I could eat it everyday and I love the cocktails and milkshakes. Also the kids menu is great and portions are large so my boys can share a meal. This particular red Robin is in a bad area of town but I've never had a bad experience here. The food was tasty. The hostess seemed efficient, as if she didn't notice us. She seated about 6 families who arrived after us. It was not considerate of her. Even though the restaurant was not crowded and there was plenty of space, it was clear there was enough room for everyone.
Service was a little slow. Server was slow about checking on us. Food arrived quickly. Burger was a little pink. That is fine for a steak but not for ground beef. It was late and maybe close to closing but we only received 2/3 of effort, not 100%. Other locations have been better.

Very good Service! Food was great as well! The California Chicken Sandwich was great! Full of flavor, juicy, and just all around tasty! The endless garlic fries are a must, as well as the new bottomless lemonades! Very impressive visit for a Red Robin. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
