I cannot believe that Rotisserie Chicken was delivered by an Uber driver to my house cold and incorrect. I contacted Red Rooster in Lakemba and received a unsatisfactory response regarding the mistakes made by the driver. I explained that there is a default for Red Rooster orders to be delivered by Uber drivers when I pay for delivery service, expecting my order to arrive hot and correct. Unfortunately, both orders arrived cold and incorrect. I am disappointed with their services and will not be using them again.
