Just ordered through the drive thru for my family. When I arrived back home, I realised they got half my order wrong (no bacon or cheese in 2 × bacon and cheese rippas! Called straight away to try to sort it out, but the person I spoke to was very rude and told me they are not responsible as they must have misunderstood. When I explained that that is their responsibility, she told me it is not and she hung up on me! Terrible customer service!!!
Overall, this restaurant is a solid choice. The food is well-prepared and the staff are friendly and attentive. They are efficient in taking orders both in the restaurant and at the drive-through. However, they do not salt any of their food. You have to request salt specifically, but even then it seems difficult for them to add it.
There isn't much to praise about this restaurant. It is conveniently located near motels, within walking distance, and surrounded by other shops. They also offer takeaway options and are located near an IGA supermarket.
