Never run into anyone there who knew what they were doing. Panic stricken youngsters saying either sorry, this is my first night or sorry, i don 't know how to do this . Food surprisingly good (chicken moist, tender, and tasty, salads crunchy), but it 's not a cheap...meal also ask for NO SALT on chips/fries (add your own later) and or they will come with salt so thick you could crack it. Check your order before you leave we 've had to get credits or go back for unincluded items most times we 've visited. it wasn't long time to rotate the hahn. was late, so I called home. first impressions were lack of personal to fulfill and pass in house orders. I was only 4 minutes from home, but my hen was dry and chips were soggy and cold. I was disappointed when I was too tired to cook something else. of course to say, but I will not be as lazy in the future and must cook my own meals, no matter how tired I am.
We decided to order a delivery from this Red Rooster,,via Uber. When our order arrived, it was all stone cold, and I would say been sitting in the shop for a while, as it was like left overs, ok if we lived a great distance...away, but we don’t. Slowest chain on the coast ,I have waited up to 15 minutes to get my food.This place either needs more staff or a manager who cares I haven't been for a while but will order online next time at least when it's late I will be watching TV not sweating in my hot car.Somebody fix the service please.Food is standard to all other outlets.
we ordered about ubereats after a seriously long day at work and unfortunately the order was again incomplete. can't say I'm being harassed wasting good money on fucking service. runaway red rooster no wonder that her business looks abandoned all the time
I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Hannah at the restaurant. She was extremely friendly and even took our photo for us. I am very thankful for her kind demeanor. Additionally, the food was delicious.
I write this as I'm currently waiting for my food in the drive through, it's already been half an hour. Pretty much the slowest fast food eatery I've ever been to.
