Called in to buy a chicken lunch with corn, gravy, peas and chips and went through the drive through thinking it would be quicker. They had a problem with the order for the car in front and instead of moving them to the side and continuing to serve others we were stuck for at least ten minutes waiting for our food.By the time we received it the corn was like mush and had to be reheated after our 5 minute drive home and the rest of the meal was not hot either. it wasn't long time to rotate the hahn. was late, so I called home. first impressions were lack of personal to fulfill and pass in house orders. I was only 4 minutes from home, but my hen was dry and chips were soggy and cold. I was disappointed when I was too tired to cook something else. of course to say, but I will not be as lazy in the future and must cook my own meals, no matter how tired I am.
Slowest chain on the coast ,I have waited up to 15 minutes to get my food.This place either needs more staff or a manager who cares I haven't been for a while but will order online next time at least when it's late I will be watching TV not sweating in my hot car.Somebody fix the service please.Food is standard to all other outlets.
we ordered about ubereats after a seriously long day at work and unfortunately the order was again incomplete. can't say I'm being harassed wasting good money on fucking service. runaway red rooster no wonder that her business looks abandoned all the time

I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Hannah at the restaurant. She was extremely friendly and even took our photo for us. I am very thankful for her kind demeanor. Additionally, the food was delicious.
Similar food choices to kfc but with the added selection of a chicken meal with actual real vegetables. Chips with gravy appeared to be very popular in Australia but found the gravy a bit salty. Otherwise ok for a quick takeaway option.
I write this as I'm currently waiting for my food in the drive through, it's already been half an hour. Pretty much the slowest fast food eatery I've ever been to.
I wish yelp would offer no stars coz this place is horrible when it comes to bad service they get 5 stars all the way PATHETIC!

Not a fan of fast food usually but enjoyed a family take away roast chook dinner. Nice moist tasty chicken and the extras were okay.
Friendly Staff. Food always nice and hot and lovely Chicken. Would recommend to others. Fave Takeaway to get.
