almost every time our family of this red Rooster franchise has ordered in our local alexandra Hills shop, something was very wrong with eating (from their new roasted chicken that is dried up, old, tasteless and disgusting to burgers that are not fresh. in all stale.) in general consistently disappointing, with their one redeeming factor of great delicious hot chips. when they notice, they will also see that the boiled area is behind the counter and that it squeezes large pieces of food over the floor. I honestly believe that anyone who manages this franchise does a very, very bad job. the only reason I give 1 star is that the polite young lady on the theke has at least 3 times apologised an...
Red Rooster is the best restaurant I have ever tried. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond to help me out. The customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious and served hot. The icy cold drinks and table service were also excellent. I also appreciated the loyalty card. Overall, I could find no faults with this place.
we don't buy this huh anymore, because it's very fat and not the best tasting. we bought a huh for our dog who was sick on veterinary advice as they find dogs, they will eat it, and our took something and refused to take the rest...it confirmed our opinion. that could be just this one and maybe not others.
