I've been meaning to share this review for a while. One evening, after enjoying some drinks with my girlfriend, we stopped by while waiting for our ride. Unfortunately, both of our phones died, and we had no charger. So, we asked the bouncer if he could help us call an Uber, and he kindly did. When the Uber arrived, I offered the driver the fare as shown on the app, but he declined and encouraged us to come back when we had more time to enjoy the place. He mentioned that the restaurant gets busy on weekends and some weekdays, though I can’t remember which ones.
I visited this restaurant for happy hour with a coworker. The setup was great, featuring socially distanced seating, and we were lucky enough to be the only customers there, which made me feel comfortable dining inside. We ordered some $5 drinks from the happy hour menu, along with a couple of appetizers each. I tried the meatballs with sauerkraut ($5) and a mini pretzel ($5). Although the pretzel didn't come with the sauces mentioned on the menu, it was absolutely incredible! It was quite sizable for a 'mini' pretzel.
I visited Redd's for the first time this past weekend after hearing many positive reviews and had high hopes! The venue is impressively spacious and beautifully decorated for Halloween, which added to the evening's atmosphere. We arrived fairly early, around 9 or 10 PM, so it wasn't too crowded and we were able to get in with ease. However, I did wish it had a bit more energy! I understand that the time of day played a role in that, but I'm excited to go back again.
As a resident of Bavaria visiting New Jersey, I found my experience at Redd's to be just average. The beer selection is quite impressive, featuring both German classics and popular American choices. However, the classic pretzel was disappointing—it was small for the price, overly salted, and very greasy on the outside. While the numerous TVs make it a great place to catch a game, I wouldn't classify it as an authentic German bar or restaurant.

My friends and I visited this restaurant the other night, and we were able to get right in with no wait. There were quite a few people inside, but the spacious layout meant we didn't feel cramped at all. There are plenty of spots to grab drinks, and the atmosphere is lively with TVs, a dance floor, and plenty of tables to sit at. The bouncers were friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and the music was great. I would definitely come back!
The $11 "jägerbombs" I tried just tasted like Jäger and club soda. On a Saturday night at midnight, there were fewer than a dozen customers. Overall, it felt like a strange place.

I am extremely disappointed. I had a reservation for next year only to discover that the restaurant has closed. Where am I supposed to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday now?

It was a bit quiet at 1 AM on a Friday, to be honest, but I really enjoyed it. The music was good, and the cranberry vodka was tasty as well.
An abundance of sports! If they don't have it, it probably doesn't exist. They offer an impressive range of drinks as well.
