I had a wonderful experience at Redline last night. Nestled in a plaza corner, it has a rather unpretentious vibe. Upon entering the restaurant and brewpub, you're greeted by impressive brewing tanks and some branded merchandise. It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night; we got there around 7:30 PM. The service was attentive, and the food was delightful. My BBQ beef hoagie was a hearty sandwich, and the poutine on the side was generously topped with gravy. My wife enjoyed her fish tacos along with a Caesar salad. The Skor cheesecake was also a treat. Overall, it was a great find, and we’re considering returning to sample different dishes. Just tried some of the new items on the menu and the burger was unreal! What is that dill sauce? OMG? Generous portions, great atmosphere! The soups are fantastic too, handmade, nothing is frozen here, the chef had 16 sauce ladles going at once lol. If you want a great place to get a quality prime rib or anything, every time, this is your spot. Would give six stars if I could.
I made a reservation for a large car club group for lunch, and I have to say, the manager, Daniela, was wonderful to work with. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food and beer, and the service was outstanding. A big shoutout to the entire team for their efforts, and a special thank you again to Daniela for taking such great care of us.

The food and beer here has always been wonderful. Love the atmosphere and the decor as well! The staff I've interacted with were all very welcoming and friendly! Plus, you can even get some beer to take home with you when you go home, so it works out wonderfully!
Really great vibe! Friendly wait staff. Quick service. Frequent check-ins to see how we're doing but in a perfectly timed non-intrusive way. Really loved the Planes, Trains... beer and Brown Leather beers! Definitely a place I would go back to again!
Food and drink was 10/10, highly recommend the ahi tuna. Our waitress Devi was fantastic, knowledgeable and just so, so nice. Great atmosphere and well thought out menu. Highly recommend this place, will be back again soon!
Best burger in Barrie, no question! It is so distinctive and so so good. The kids meals portions were huge and great as well (I may have snuck a bite), and of course fantastic beer. Absolutely love this restaurant! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
