The driver came to pick us up to take us to Giacomini: that’s when our unforgettable adventure began! Arriving at the refuge we were welcomed very warmly by the waiters and the owner of the place. The dishes were delicious, the service impeccable, a very family and relaxing atmosphere in an enchanting landscape! A very nice stopover before starting a spectacular hike. You will not be disappointed with the trip. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and smiles. We can't wait to come back!
wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Refugium. Das Essen, das Personal und die Zimmer waren durchweg in Ordnung. Nach dem Standardmenü wurde uns gefragt, ob wir noch einen zusätzlichen Teller möchten, und wir bekamen kostenlos eine Pasta mit Fleisch. Kompliment an den Koch und an Cecilia! Merci beaucoup! Beautifully located refuge on the edge of the Grand Muveran. There wasn't much going on. Probably due to the weather, even though it was a Sunday. The room could only be occupied very late, which I couldn't understand due to the low occupancy (warehouse for sole use). Food was good and breakfast was sufficient. Great and sufficient sanitary facilities. Everything was clean. Rooms: 4
Das Rifugio Giacomini hat leider völlig verloren, was seinen Charme ausgemacht hat: Der Geist und die Atmosphäre sind aus diesem Ort verschwunden. Ein junges und freundliches Team tut hier zwar alles, was möglich ist, aber heute ist es ein Höhenbistro wie jedes andere. The Giacomini refuge has unfortunately completely lost what made it charming: spirit and atmosphere have deserted the place. A young and friendly team certainly does everything possible but today it is a high-altitude bistro like any other. Dear Cicilia, We had a great stay at your refuge. The food, the staff and the rooms were perfectly fine. After the standerd menu the asked if we would like another plate and we got a pasta with meat for free. Compiments to the chef and Cecilia! Merci beaucoup! Service: 5
