because we were in reillys cottages on Saturday, it was the perfect opportunity to experience the long lunch to foot. it is a five-course menu with coordinated weeping, but they ask for the food requirements at the time of booking and. adjust the meal. our menu will probably not be her, so we should just say we enjoyed everything. the courses were beautiful, but in the size manageable. the wine pairing offered the choice for each cure, some of them spectacular. the waiting staff was very flexible when placing a person who only drinks white wine (which probably missed some nice options). we could see if we wanted a break between the courses. Travelling thru the Clare valley and picked Reillys as a place to taste the local wines over a lunchtime meal. They didn't disappoint, it was absolutely delicious.Local sourced food and wine in a beautiful old house, fireplace, interior walls displaying local art in a picturesque historic village of Mintaro, SA.There was lots to choose for food and wine, service was great with knowledge of the wine choice to match the food. Great value, portions and taste.Great setting and atmosphere for a cold day in late June.Wine tasting a pleasant treat.Thoroughly recommend a drive to Mintaro historic village and the rustic hospitality of Reillys.
we shared a pleasant, relaxed meal and wine tasting in a very pleasant environment during the trip through the clare valley. the menu was diverse, including vegetarian options that were delicious as well as four or five other main courses. the desserts were great. the whole experience. was in no way disappointed, the standard was very high. I had difficulties to book and arrange directly through the online reservation website. the owner was extremely helpful and has recorded our preferred time. I will definitely return and am happy to recommend.
We had lunch here recently. We had a gourmet platter for two. It was delicious and good value for money. We opted to sit inside because the breeze was a bit chilly but they do have nice outdoor seating . In particular their pinot grigio is very good and their dry land reds were superb. The staff were delighttful and it was a pity that one of us had to drive because it would have turned into a very long lunch otherwise! We are becoming more and more disillusioned with Hunter Valley wines and cellar doors. We will be back!!

It’s basic at best, we read all the reviews, google, trip advisor flying from Perth, so booked.. we’ll talk about creative licensing on the photos on google.. it’s NOT fine dinning by a long shot.. it’s a small country house. My steak tasted terrible, my...wives food was just as horrific, cold.. we sent 3/4 of the food back, told them why.. We paid and run out of there, straight to O’Leary’s.. Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss.
This is honestly one of the best restaurants I have visited in about 20 or more years. We were a group of four, and not one iota of our meal was below perfection. Absolutely amazing. I would drive out of my way any time to eat their food again. World-class!
We popped in just before close on Saturday and were warmly welcomed. Small cellar door, but a gorgeous collection of lovely wines. A yummy Sparkling Shiraz, something different for this region. They also have dukkah and olive oil which we couldn't resist.
We popped in for some wine tasting. Reillys wines are beautiful. It was a misty rainy day but we ended up sitting outside this lovely old building under the verandah for a delicious coffee

I have been here with friends for three different lunches in recent months and each time the food has been excellent and the service friendly and efficient.
We tasted the local "dry land" wines and purchased some. Had a two course lunch which was very good and timely.
