excellent. eating well, extra sauerkraut. service and reception were perfect. Too bad to hear the neighbors of the table complain for nothing (saying too long when they come after us and we had the desserts right after us caused us people as if the restaurants no longer find the staff. People press a Saturday night before eating, staying at home will be better for lmonde tt. Finally, very good place where I will be back with pleasure.
It was a good experience for sure, the quantity/quality ratio is not bad. Despite my fears about the large number of dishes, the menu seems to be mastered. the waiting was reasonable as well. Two things to reproach, however, I ate in the evening and the bread was clearly in the morning and was a little too shaved. and there were several stock breaks.
Second meal in this restaurant and as the last time, we have enjoyed cooking, perfect meat and quality products. for dessert (which are all served generously) I recommend the baba saumurois with its citrus-based alcohol to replace the traditional rum, it is a delight.

Morose atmosphere, nice but not smiling servers. plate without too much flavor. I'm not talking about the sauerkraut I didn't taste.
