We spent a great evening (on the anniversary, that of my wife), which will remain in memory, both the meal and the service were excellent. All the staff (of the room is understood, the one we see, but we don't doubt that it is very professional, without being too guinated, in small care, very attentive, friendly, and the meal is a succession of small surprises and very pleasant discoveries. The hotel is very well located, in a village near Strasbourg, pleasant, rich in quality restaurants and close to a beautiful river (the Ill). The decoration is both traditional, comfortable and cheerful, and the friendly and attentive welcome. The restaurant is exceptional: I just asked for a dish and had the chance to enjoy instead a wonderful dinner. Cuisine at the same time very fine and greedy (which is rare), offered and served by a staff of exceptional skill, kindness and quality of hospitality. So what was a simple step was transformed into a gourmet meal and memorable moment. Thank you and brave the talented leader and the whole team! The rooms are spacious, and of a very good value...

we spent a very good time in this renovated gourmet restaurant with a lot of taste. refined cuisine and a real pleasure for taste buds and eyes. special mention for the goose foie gras served by the chef thomas koebel at the spoon and its leafy brioche, a real personal very professional slaughter, a pleasant and listening service. to finish our meal in beauty we were able to enjoy the mignardises in their cosy lounge/bar everything was perfect, deserve to be starred thanks to the whole team for this wonderful and friendly moment to look forward to going back soon

Birthday dinner with family. We were seduced by the restaurant. The welcome is at the height of its distinction, while remaining user-friendly.
