Unfortunately, I had bad luck with the weather as it started raining just before I left the restaurant on a beautiful day. I was seated in a new covered outdoor area and enjoyed the delicious and unique food served in boxes. The flat white coffee was exceptional during my visit in June 2021. I returned in September and had an ice cream coffee and club sandwich, both of which were generously portioned and left me feeling full. The iced latte was refreshing. I stopped by for lunch before heading to Beales and noticed that the indoor dining area was back to normal and the boxes were gone. We really enjoyed our brunch date Place Remedy is a cute spot in Southport, the place is decorated with bright benches and tables outdoors with table service and on the inside it has more of a vintage chilled bar type of atmosphere with a lot of light and dark brown tones. Food Drinks We had sautéed creamy mushrooms toast and Poached egg and halloumi chorizo toast and to drink fresh orange juice, it was all delicious and very tasty Staff Are lovely
Our go-to spot for brunch dates is Remedy, a charming restaurant in Southport. The bright benches and tables are complemented by table service. Inside, the atmosphere has a vintage bar feel with a mix of bright and dark brown tones. We enjoyed the juicy creamy mushrooms on toast, poached egg and halloumi with chorizo toast, and a refreshing glass of fresh orange juice. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.
Spent a few hours here on Saturday. Lovely little outside huts. Had coffee, food and gins. Slow service and hard to get staffs attention sometimes when sat outside. Would have spent more money on gins had we been able to go to the bar ourselves but nice to get out and about and feel safe in a covid secure setting. Was a lovely afternoon. Nice food and hazelnut latte was lovely.

The haloumi Fries and sandwich pictured below cost roughly six pound each..... service was painfully slow. There was one member of staff (shorter lady with her hair in pig tails) who was running round like mad but unfortunately couldn't carry the other staff and poor...
The outdoor seating area is lovely. The staff is friendly. The toasties were generous and delicious. The scones with jam and cream were tasty, especially when paired with a good pot of tea. The restaurant offers simple but delicious food at a fair price.
Ordered 2 glasses of wine and a couple of quick snacks. Left waiting. When I politely mentioned the long wait was more or less the attitude “we are busy that’s just how it is” sorry not acceptable. Will not be coming back again. Why...
I used to really like the food at Remedy but recently I've been there and had the Remedy Vegan Deli. I could not detect any hummus on it at all, it was unpleasantly dry and not very tasty. I went back and tried it again...

We went on a lovely sunny day and ordered 2 glasses of wine and cake, the wine was not the one we ordered, the cake was dry, outside the place the floor was fillthy, looks like it hasn't seen a brush in years, glass on...
Great coffee, great cake and loads of high chairs. Bacon sandwich was really good but expensive for a bacon sandwich. Lovely alfresco dining!
