We were a small group sitting on the terrasse. More than half of us ordered plates, the kids wanted desert, and we all bought 2 pitchers of sangria for 80$. More than half an hour after we ordered our food and specified who did not want to eat, the "boss" came and with a VERY condenscending tone told us we were all to order a plate or we could not drink. He also took the time to let us know all the clients he lost by sitting us here. I felt like we were some 5 year olds and we were being so lucky he sat us here now we need to order an expensive plate or get up and leave. We politely said just to send us a fry or small salad for the rest and he said NO, you need to order a plate!. I could nev...
Après 2 pichet de Sangria (80 $) et la commande des plats une personne est arrivée pour nous dire que tout le monde doit manger, commander un plat. ( on était 8 adultes et 4 enfants, 3 d’entre nous ne voulez pas manger)). OK, amener quelque chose pour les autres. « No il faut commander un plat complet » ,avec un ton d’incroyable méprise. Je n’ai jamais cru que ça peut exister encore au Québec. Il a ruiné notre soirée entre amis.

This restaurant offers elevated cuisine at its finest! While it may be more expensive, the experience is definitely worth it. If you're looking for a special occasion spot with a focus on delicious food, this is the place for you.
This charming bistro has a very welcoming staff and serves good, albeit slightly expensive, food. We tried the foie gras two ways and found it to be very tasty, although the accompanying crackers were a bit underwhelming.
La soupe à l'oignon était sublime avec sa bière noire et fromage fort. Les repas délicieux dont les portions étaient bien raisonnables. Le canard un vrai délice. Endroit petit mais bien plaisant en couple ou entre amis.
The restaurant in the Old City of La Prairie has a charming atmosphere. The food is delicious and the staff is very pleasant. I will definitely be adding this to my list of favorite restaurants.
Ma conjointe et moi avons apprécié notre repas Chez Julien. Le menu est intéressant, le service est avenant et le prix correct.Nous y retournerons et le recommandons.
Nous sommes allés à quelques reprises et avons toujours passé une belle soirée.Le service est chaleureux et la nourriture de bonne qualité.
