Wir waren auf Empfehlung unserer Gastgeberin Phyllis vom Lady's Manor dort. Wir waren enttäuscht. Sie haben eine tolle Lage am See. Allerdings handelt es sich um einen saisonalen Betrieb, und sowohl in der Küche als auch beim Kellner scheint es an Kompetenz zu mangeln. Ich hatte ein Schweinefilet, das stark verkocht war. Der Laden war überfüllt und die Fast-Food-Gerichte schienen in Ordnung zu sein. Mein Sohn hatte einen Hamburger und es hat ihm geschmeckt. Gehen Sie einfach nicht dorthin und erwarten Sie zu viel. Kurzer Hinweis: Die Einheimischen nennen diesen Ort „Club House“ und es ist tatsächlich das Clubhaus des örtlichen Segelclubs.
Went there on a recommandation from our host, Phyllis from the Lady's Manor. We were disappointed. They do have a great location on the lake. However, it's a seasonal operation, and there seems to be a lack of competence both in the kitchen and in the waiting staff. I had a pork filet which was severely overcooked. The place was crowded, and the fast food items seemed to be OK. My son had a hamburger and he liked it.Just don't go there expecting too much.Quick note: locals call this place "the Club House" and it is in fact the club house for the local sailing club.
Wir saßen abends da und beobachteten den Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen, während wir gutes Essen genossen. Das Restaurant neben den Booten im Hafen und am Wasser bietet eine sehr angenehme Mahlzeit. Pasta und Fondue wurden bestellt und beide waren sehr gut....Personal freundlich, auch an diesem geschäftigen Abend, der eine etwas längere Wartezeit bedeutete, aber wer hatte es schon eilig?
Went in the evening and watched the sunset over the mountains while enjoying good food. The restaurant located next to the boats in the harbour and by the water makes for a very pleasant meal. Pasta and fondue were ordered and both were very good. Staff friendly, even on this busy evening, which meant a slightly longer wait, but who was rushing!

They are NOT open during winter season. We had visited it a couple of years ago, friendly service and nice food - good memories, so we tried to visit it again recently but it was totally closed for winter. Although there is no kids menu, but they were willing to adapt the portion on any menu dishes. We will go again in the summer.
Enjoying the sunset over the lake in this atmosphere with a very good meal (beef) is what makes holidays so nice. We have been there twice and can strongly recommend this place! The location at the port is also fantastic. For me, a must go!!! The prices are compared to switzerland relatively cheap.
Just spent a couple of days in the harbor nearby and love the place. It’s actually the restaurant of the local sailing club but it’s open for everybody. The food is outstanding and pricing is fair. Sometimes service can be a bit lengthy but it’s...friendly. Definitely worth a visit.
Sunday lunch,very busy hence slightly long delays between courses, but well worth it. Ample portion sizes. Overlooking lake with lots of boats moored up. Fresh fish for sale in building next door. Fish soup tasting like lobster bisque,try the set menu good value.
