3 stars for the value/service ratio. I'm sorry for the negative judgments while the quality of the food served is there. It is in the organisation of the service that there is need for a GRAND COACHING. Win footsteps, never make an empty trip, have an eye on the whole room, have a word like Bon appétit. In short that simple and elementary things to implement. There is survival over the duration of this establishment which has a superb terrace in a belvedere and which participates in the charm of Chateaudouble.
On my bike trip I happened to end up in this restaurant for one night in mid-March 23. I got a nice room with a wonderful view over the gorge. I was really spoiled by the owner Sarah with delicious food and a fireplace.
In the charming village of Châteaudouble, the place is very cozy, a lunch with fireplace in winter, even the burger is original, a real delight and a nice presentation! Grand bravo to Sarah holding the place

Very warm welcome, for a delicious meal. The castle croustade is a treat, the pleasant setting, the prices very reasonable, an address to recommend.
