Restaurant Gabelspiel

My husband and I visited Gabelspiel restaurant for the first time. What can I say? From booking the table online (a day prior to our reservation, we received a call asking about any dietary requirements they have to consider) until we said goodbye it was just incredible. The restaurant has space for approx. 20 guests. Since it was a beautiful summer evening, we sat on the veranda. You can choose from 6 or 7 courses with or without wine pairing. I agree with most of the other reviewers, this is a fabulous evening of culinary delights. We had in all around 9 or 10 courses, each of a few bites, so you won 't feel over-full, and with wine/non-alcoholic drink pairing. The atmosphere is relaxed comfortable and fun. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. I loved every moment of this creative experience. The plates and serving arrangements were just as fun and artistic as the food itself. I also found it interesting to go to a Michelin star restaurant with a Bavarian flavour but at the same time with fine flavours and overflowing with creativity. sehr schönes Chefin. war sehr schmackhaft, eine echte, mangelhafte Maus, wenn man das sagen kann. tolle Strata zum Essen und auch für Wein. Ich kann nur ein kleines Licht in der traurigen Stadt München empfehlen.

Amazing creative food and outstandingly competent and friendly service. While not cheap it is worth every cent and an upcoming chef!
