We had just arrived in Quebec and we took a walk around the neighborhood to look for dinner. My son had found this listed on Yelp so we walked in and were very pleased. It is a hip looking pizzeria (I think it is one of a chain of restaurants) and our waiter was super great! He took several pictures for us and gave us perfect recommendations for our meal. We ordered a pizza and the bruschetta which was delish so we ordered a second one. The bread was warm and we had a chocolate dessert that was delicious too. We meant to go back to eat there a second time but alas, we only had 5 days in Quebec. Would highly recommend the food and the service. We felt very welcomed.
Vi kom tilfældigvis forbi og fik et udemærket bord men ventede meget længe på at få lov at bestille noget mad - og meget længe på maden - og meget længe på regningen som vi bad om da vores tallerkener blev hentet. Vi ville gerne nå noget inden kl.21 og måtte tilsidst selv gå ned for at betale. Maden smagte udemærket til prisen men service var virkelig ligegyldig. Det så ud til at de borde der var udenfor fik bedre service end indenfor.
We greatly enjoyed the outdoor seating (great people-watching) and the extremely friendly and attentive service. Those of us who ordered pasta dishes were very pleased-- the pasta was flavorful and truly al dente, which is hard to find. The pizza eaters among us proclaimed the pizza "terrible" and "tasteless." An off night? Not sure, but I'd try it again myself.
Nachos comme entrées avec bonnes bières commerciales. Pizza et salades partagés de bonnes qualités. Mais La Piazzetta demeure une chaîne, petite, mais une chaîne pareil. Restaurant plus qu'honnête mais tant qu'à être sur la rue Cartier aussi bien aller chez les restaurants indépendants du coin. Belle terrasse.

We had a lovely meal. The wait staff were very helpful in selecting a wine with our meal. We had the cannelloni and mushroom pizza and there were very good. The thin crust of the pizza was perfect. The atmosphere was quiet, yet it is a big restaurant. We will be back.
I can only speak of the delicious Sauvignon Blanc I drank on the terrace. Rue Cartier can be noisy though. So if you were to have a meal, sitting inside might be a good idea.
Hits the spot if you need a good pizza. $49 CA bottle of Chianti that was very gammy. Should have been $30 at most. Friendly and attentive servers. Good for families.
Outstanding lobster salad, prompt and efficient service, like being in Paris. Water filled constantly, wine excellent, a wonderful lunch spot.

We enjoyed our pizza and salad out on the deck. Fun people watching spot, good food. Surprisingly good pizza.
