While visiting Chateau Laniote for a wine tour we were recommended La Puce for lunch. This is a La Routierre type restaurant for locals and truckers. fabulous! For less than €15 a person you get a full meal including wine. The menu is what...the menu is, which is a great concept. Stop talking English, try to speak French and come in here. the place is so busy that they might just have to book. the choice is limited, but what they have is really well cooked and they need to listen carefully what is in the offer. la puce reminds me of old france and past times. this is a pot luck type pf restaurant. the people who arrived before us had pork we had beef. very busy with the locals and having tried the food you can see why. very basic tables and chairs but we'll worth the visit
