If you look at the menu, you can simply think that this is all quite standard. But in contrast to other places that exaggerate in their optic longues, the actual dishes here exceed all expectations both aesthetically and tastefully. It starts all by looking on the spacious terrace with a beautiful Luberon landscape, unlike the hectic of Lourmarin. Then the attentive, personal and professional service of both the Italian waiter and his own couple. We tried some of the dishes and all were nicely prepared with fresh and responsible ingredients and very tasty. We had dinner with my wife at the restaurant the table during our stay at the lubéron hospital. the map offers beautiful ideas in the plate. Unfortunately the realization is not at the height of what the map suggests. We were disappointed in what tripadvisor notices would let us hear. Despite a pleasant setting, the terrace is laid by the pool with the lubéron in the background, we have not managed to escape from a hotel restaurant.
small shared parking at the hotel. warm welcome. beautiful room, in front of the pool. the tables are well spaced each other. Rather elaborate cuisine, without being a gourmet. It's good and clean. the wine menu favors local wines. the service is attentive without being needlessly obsessive. ratio quality correct price if you take into account the frame and the fact that you are in a beautiful village of the luberon.
in my rather extensive experience, a bad meal in the Luberon is unusual. Nevertheless, this beautiful Logis found a way to lift out in the woderful village of Vaugines. Catastrophic! Go one evening a fish net live - the server speaks of dorade - and well after 1h30 wait it is a piece of tuna not cooked with two unfortunate vegetables - the dessert I did not see the waiter ... go eat elsewhere it is expensive and frankly it is not worth it!
kitchen a little better than simple without being gastro.Just let's try and talk. A pleasant service, relaxed but attentive a little reproach, a tribute that the rosé is not at the expense in advance which would avoid waiting for the ice to be done in the bucket.
