The last review I wrote concerning Le CorsicAveyron was not very positive as the quality of the food declined when the restaurant changed hands. We have been several times with a new chef and the quality has greatly improved. Last night I had the Duck Breast with honey and it was perfectly cooked. My wife had a hamburger and although she had difficulty cutting the bun, it was delicious. It is nice to sit on the terrace and have a good meal. I would recommend this restaurant even though it has a bit of a limited menu (which is much better than a huge menu without quality).
generous kitchen with excellent value for money. Very good quality meats, grilled with wood fire. Excellent vegetarian pizza (my husband rarely ate such a good one)The outdoor play area allows parents to spend the meal more peaceful and children to spend in a green and rural setting. The boss and the boss are great people and will be able to advise you if you have trouble deciding. the staff is just as warm and professional. We will return there without hesitation during a next visit to the region.
the frame is pleasant we ate outside the server was friendly and helpful but. taste of beer in my glass of martini (the server changes it to me) nice meal but it forgot to remove dishes that wasn't on the map so I had to choose 1 other dish the glasses are medium clean.... from where I think the smell of beer in my aperitive glass.mon dessert 1 thousandsheet strawberries that wasn't cooked there was soon to glaze on it and the sheet
world dirty glasses during the visit but the waiting was rather long. On-board dishes are not in correlation with the plate. example: gambas persillées I'm still looking for the parsillade. Another example: carpaccio of pineapple marinated in the badiane out I had a carpaccio of pineapples with a syrup to the badiane. I don't advise. I don't advise. I'll let you make your opinion.

nothing to say.- very nice tasty plate of corse and aveyronnaise charcuterie.- perfect calf ris with homemade potatoes.- lamb chops (5 pieces !) a delight.- red wine corse advised: a true delectation (his name: patronimo !?().service performed by a young lady: impeccable and good advice. always nice with a smile. We're late to come back.
then 40 minutes waiting while 12 people on the terrace, snail everywhere on the ground, salad filled with sands, oxen pieces cooked with wood fire too cooked and dry (no respect for the desired cooking)viandes be said marinated not felt the taste, short not good and to avoid
Positive decor friendly. Point negative catastrophic service a true snack waited for 1 hour before taking order no drink or proposed water. For food I can't say being left the table seen the behavior of the server.
What more? not super original, not large kitchen but authentic and well worked products. nice wine map. reasonable prices. service and pleasant atmosphere. a redo between friends

Only one server seems a little just to me for a room with almost 40 blankets. Map of wines a little succinte and salty note for the meal served. This place is memorable.
