Very nice find, the dishes are delicious and you feel that they are homemade. The cassoulet, mussels gratinated and desserts are all flawless! The staff is very friendly and efficient despite the crowds there were.
Very good service and excellent food. We had the clams au gratin, the cassoulet and the apple tatin. The price is correct for the area. I will return next time I visit Carcassone!
