we had booked a room at the Grand Hotel in Luxembourg for a couple weekend for one night (from Saturday 11 February 2017 to 12 February 2017). the hotel has offered us to book a table for dinner, which we did when we saw the menu alleviating (minus flavor to 39€). However, we arrived at 8:05 for a reservation at 8:00. We waited 20:45 for the waiter (the only male staff in the room tonight) to come to our table and give us a few seconds of his time so valuable to take our order. They took care to put idlingers for them at the reception!!!!!, on the other hand, to the rooms no!!!!!Here the scandal!!!! you are sure to be awake from 6:30 in the morning because American and English are in the care of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and you can go out and make them understand that you want to sleep !!!!! then I go down to inform the hostess who answers : ah I can't but of course!!! then why the fire-cut door is closed? ah because there was a fire alarm, ma'am? Ah reassuring all that? and we haven't been informed? and you know themselves are people who have sworn so they are firm in their gestures ah ok!!!! so hotel to flee! the swimming pool a bathtub 1m40 deep the people of the hot...
the phone reception was very good, even when we had specified that we would use a wonderbox and when we arrived the welcome was really very nice! all was in line with the services offered and we enjoyed the menu flavors, even if we can not qualify it as a gastronomical. the service was very professional and pleasant!
restaurant of the hotel in Luxembourg, the restaurant is just like the hotel. excellent good food, famous and fast service, quite raisponnable price, .on is more in the real restaurant than in a passing brewery...We really liked our two meals in this establishment

admissions and dishes very correct, unfortunately the rassis desserts have tarnished the meal. the access is saying ease for the disabled .oui provided that you do not want to go or wash your hands or go to the toilet...the restaurant is accessible it is true.
Horrible service 3h a table for a holy valentine menu, the turbo was served cold, the server did not know who they were to serve the dishes. very disappointed because the menu was not bad at all but waiting and cold fish. disappointing
came with a gift check wonder box, I had a very good phone and physical welcome.Excellent dishes and good desserts. A great deal on the room that I find a little dark and a slightly obsolete decoration (floor model especially).
nice restaurant room, nice waiter, well presented plates but disappointing meal quality for a menu at 38€. on the other hand, breakfast buffet well-stocked and qualitative.
