I had Murten salad which was a special. It had a good portion of shrimps although I think it was way pricey (~40CHF). When I was a bit more than half way done, I found a living worm in the salad. I complained to them. They apologized and offered 50% off. I would have taken it off the bill. Our party also ordered escargots (on the menu in an Italian restaurant!). They were not good. This place didn't appear to be authentic Italian place. I won't go back.
Came here for lunch and loved this place. Beautiful outdoor patio with cool ocean breezes. Chopped salad was excellent but not really chopped. Pizza was not the best we've had (Angelina's and Ortica better) but it was clearly in the top 4-5 in OC. When you combine the great food with the beautiful setting and exceptional service this place is a great experience and we will be back for dinner
Kleine Pizzeria im Herzen von Murten's Altstatt. Das Essen war gut, der Wein etwas zu kalt aber das Personal ist freundlich. Leider ist es etwas sehr laut im innern dieses Lokals. Und wir hatten einen Tisch direkt in der WC-Schneise, was sehr nervig war. Es hat sehr wohl Türen dorthin aber die Gäste liesen diese Türen dauernd offen, so dass sehr sehr kalte Luft herein strömte.

Went to Murten for a day trip from Baden and came here for a pizza. Only visited here as it was so busy so I guessed something must be good. I was with a friend and the pizza was made in a real wood burning oven. Pizza was excellent and so was the house wine, I will for sure come back in I am in the area again, staff were also polite and friendly
Ich war ein paar Mal zum Essen in der Taverne und bin mit dem Service und der gesamten Organisation sehr zufrieden. Die Atmosphäre ist warm und gibt einem ein gutes Gefühl als Gast. Sie bieten wirklich tolle Pizza an. Ich habe in anderen Restaurants gegessen, aber... das ist einfach außergewöhnlich. Das Einzige ist, Bravo zu sagen.
The pizza was fantastic! We ordered a Pizza al Pesto and the Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. The gnocchi were good, but the pizza was the real star. The crust was crispy, and the pesto on it was fresh and delicious. Next visit, we'll order a pizza and a pasta with pesto.
Visited this restaurant with work colleague, on recent business trip. Ordered salad starter, and petite pizza Napoli, I was not dissatisfied, and portions were just right. Presentation and originality, typically Italian, rustic.... Would visit again.....
Good quality food at reasonable price located within the "old town". Service was reasonable. It took a while to order however food arrived quickly once order was taken. As is fairly normal in Switzerland drink prices were high.
