Ich war heute zum Mittagessen erstmals im Aruma. Leider, wie ich feststellen musste, ist es über Mittag sehr hektisch und mit der Mittagskarte (4 Menüs) lernt man das bolivianische Essen halt nicht kennen. Der Wirt, Tito Zeballos, erklärte mir dann äusserst freundlich (!), dass ich doch mal zum bolivianischen Buffet, jeweils am ersten Freitag im Monat, kommen sollte. Tolles Ambiente: An den Wänden sind verschiedene Instrumente, ein Poncho, eine "Cholita" und eine grosse Aruma-Flagge aufgehängt. Service: Sehr freundlich, schnell und persönliche Begrüssung durch den Chef.Essen: Grosser gemischter Salat, riesiges, aber zähes und gädriges Entrecôte mit Pommes Frites > enttäuschend.Preis: Fr. 26....
eating was not badly cooked, but we promised more. salteñas did not exist (are apparently not prepared in the house) although we already noted at the reservation that we would like to have some. the service lasted much too long (in the kitchen was only one person who was then quickly overwhelmed with several guests), but was very nice. the meat of the churrascos was dry and fried (it was also not asked how to like it, what is with a good kitchen self-verständllich.) excellent was the gruss from the kitchen. all in all we found the prices a bit happy, the kitchen not very authentic and also not very high quality.
Wir waren zum Mittagessen im Aruma. Das Ambiente war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht aussergewöhnlich. Das Essen war gut, das Fleisch doch etwas durchzogen. Es war Mittagsstimmung, alles etwas hektisch. Der Service ist jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und der Chef sehr freundlich und liebenswert. Ich würde das Ganze als gut einstufen. Evt lohnt es sich mal an einem Freitagabend beim Buffetangebot vorbei zu schauen.

we were invited to a birthday party and enjoyed the various delicacies of the buffet. besides the kulanira's highlights, which were personally explained to us by the chef, there were also two musical contributions. short, we had completely forgotten that we were not in South America but in the industrial quarter of pure.

eating from the Bolivian buffet is good. the special is surely the cozy ambiente and the live music that takes place every Friday
eating is very good, the personal friendly and accommodating. at the weekend there are often after eating Bolivian live music.
