We booked a junior suite about a month ago with balcony and golf course view. We arrived and saw that not only they gave us a room without our preferred needs, the room is rundown with flickering lights etc. When we called to ask to change the room, the gentleman in the reception assured us to call back in a minute but we had to call him back three times. Still no solution, we had to go downstairs and the only solution they offered us was for us to pay more money for their mistake to get a better room. We asked to speak to the manager but he’s not around. Also not available to speak on the phone. I travel all around the world and stay in all kinds of hotels from b&b’s to ultra-luxury. But I...
Very poor service at the reception. Paid for a diamond suite and received a junior suite, no explanation why. No excuse, no benefit, nothing was given as compensation. It was an argument to get the price difference for the room. Very poor service as the first guest. I was treated like I made a mistake. Even more so that I was not told the truth, the reception told me that they couldn't find my booking, but gave me a junior suite that made no sense. If there was no booking in the system, why would you offer a stranger a room? You don't behave like that.
It is the best hotel in Bucaramanga by a mile. You get great views of the city and the golf course. Awesome pool and many of the staff speak good enough English to get by if you don't know Spanish. Make sure to go to the restaurant on top for better views. My favorite is the salmon pesto with spaghetti.
I've just had the best experience. Located In a high hill, all exclusive, sorrounded by of the most exclusive and expensive condos in Bucaramanga, and in the middle of one of the most known golf fields in Colombia. The rooms, the spa service, the variety of restaurants, the Chappell, are excellent.
Booked a few massages and wow! It's worth every penny. The wellness area is breathtaking and truly relaxing. The staff is very friendly and guides you where you need to go. The pools are so unique and cool! This was the best place for me to get a massage and spa treatment!
So call exclusive hotel - to enter need to pass security enterance because of where it is located - Water cups comes with dirt and marks. Food not even delicious. I am not sure what is so exclusive.
For those who live life on an entirely different level, this hotel is it. The view, the scenery, the landscape, the service is beyond imaginable. I love the Reuitoque area in Bucaramanga Colombia.
Great place to stay. There are many food offerings with more than restaurants inside the hotel to choose from. Also there is a club near the hotel offering more restaurants and a golf court.
This hotel is beautiful and the spa is one of the best I have ever been to. I wish I could visit their spa monthly but I live in the US so I will settle for yearly!
