Mi hija que vive en Montreal, me habló de Ibericos nada más llegar a la ciudad e insistió que fuesemos a cenar allí antes de volver a Barcelona. Tengo que comentar que me sentí como en casa. Josep, el dueño del restaurante y todo su equipo fueron estupendos y la comida increíble. Ce restaurant offre de loin, les meilleurs tapas que j'ai pu manger. La qualité des ingrédients est au rendez-vous, on se croirait à Barcelone. Nous n'avions jamais aussi bien mangé, même en Espagne !!! Le service est chaleureux et vraiment agréable. Il est évident que les propriétaires ont mis beaucoup d'amour et de temps dans ce merveilleux petit restaurant. Comme il est plutôt petit, si vous êtes un groupe, faire une réservation (capacité de 30). La terrasse est agréable en été. La tortilla fondait dans la bouche, les crevettes, piquantes à souhait, les aubergines frites une superbe découverte et le plateau de fromages ...wow !! Nous avons juste hâte d'y retourner.
The restaurant was great - very good food. We didn't try tapas (probably next time!), but mixed cold cuts and cheeses platter was great. We shared Fideua for main - it was really good. Paella we saw at the other tables looked very good as well! Sangria was perfect - tasted exactly as it did in Spain. Crema Catalana probably was better then in Spain! All in all great little restaurant to spend a relaxing evening with friends or your date. We will be back and will recommend to our friends!
The quality of the food and recipes at this restaurant are unquestionable. However, the prices are exorbitant. Let me be clear, the service is high quality, with well-trained staff, and the dishes are delicious. But the portions are so small and expensive that, in my opinion, it completely ruins the meal. Ce n'est pas donné. 34$ pour une portion de 90 grammes (on parle bien sur ici du Bellota). Calculé les taxes et le service, ça équivaut à 500$ le kilo. Mais ça en vaut tellement la peine. Ça fond dans la bouche. Je retourne chez Ibericos juste pour ça. Et considérant qu'ils servent une des meilleurs sangria à Montréal, raison de plus pour que j'y aille souvent. Belle terrasse à l'avant ouverte durant la saison chaude.
Yes, if you know or want to discover Barcelona, run there. Beautiful stone decor. Simple menu with all the great classics of Spanish tapas bars (Manchego, Pata Negra, among others). Excellent sangria and very friendly service. Correct prices. I recommend it!
I had the opportunity to dine at Ibericos, a cozy restaurant located on the corner of St. Denis and Mont-Royal. The tapas were delicious and the service was warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking it out.

The place has a nice ambient and the staff are very friendly like the Spanish people, the food very good, my favourite was the Braised oxtail croquettes and the ibérico ham.
