In my quest to find the best burger in Brisbane this was my next stop, after trying Burger Project at South Brisbane. Ordered the Butcher's Original. Comes with beef patty, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles, and Aunty Joan's pink sauce. The beef patty was tasty, with a lovely smoky flavour, and the salads fresh. The bun did not break up or become mushy on eating. Overall, a very nice burger. Chips (fries to some) are extra and I would recommend sharing a large serving ($6.90) for lunch. Came here for a quick dinner before the movies. I had the salmon for a change and it was tasty and cooked well, though very poor value. Most items on the menu are the same - tasty but overpriced. Service was good and couldn't really judge the ambience because they're renovating, but the layout feels comfortable and informal.
Ok so I had neither ribs or a burger. That said the bbq chicken wings were fantastic, so were the chips. Dining in can be a challenge in peak times as there really only a few tables. Really friendly service
You wouldn't believe it, but BEST vegetarian burger in Brisbane!! Hands down. All my friends raved about their meat burgers too! Love this place and their milo milkshakes too

Absolutely delicious food and great value for money. Attentive and friendly service by all. I was most impressed with the bunless burger, best I have had.
Such a disappointment. The ribs are not that thick and juicy. The chips were in a very small portion despite ordering large. But the staffs are friendly.
The atmosphere was great, the food were delicious and the service was great. We ordered the ribs and burgers and we went home full and smiling .
