My husband, son and daughter in law visited Ricatoni's last night. When we arrived we were told there would be a 30 minute wait. We were hungry, but had heard such great reviews, we waited. As our wait time approached an hour and everyone around us waiting had been seated, we asked why we had not been called. We were told we had been called and did not answer. We were standing at the door or inside the entire time and everytime a name was called my son asked them to repeat it. Upon realizing their mistake, they called us right away and sat the 4 of us at a 2 person booth. The food will blow you away, it's so good!!!! I've had their Chicken Alfredo and Lasagna, and both were delicious!!! The only thing that I just really don't like is the music is so loud that you have to hollar back and forth across the table to be heard!!! I wouldn't recommend this place for a first date because it would be too hard to carry on a conversation, but otherwise the atmosphere could be romantic if you are looking for a excuse to sit beside each other and block everyone else out !!! I will say that I didn't notice before ordering my lasagna off the menu , but you can ask them to cap it with cheese, and they will melt it on top!!! First, I want to commend our server, Ethan, who was exceptional. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, but sadly, the food didn't quite live up to the hype. The house-made Caesar dressing had a strong fishy taste, the noodles were undercooked and had a tough, chewy texture, and the chicken breast was overcooked to the point where the breading was nearly burnt. Everything was excessively salty. My husband remarked that his pork chop didn't taste fresh. On a positive note, the calamari and fried mozzarella were delightful. It might just be that we need to explore different dishes since we aren’t locals!
This place is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. It’s been 25 years since I lived in Florence, but my wife and I still try to go eat there at least once a year. We drove up from bham Saturday and as always it was fantastic. I can’t believe the longevity of this place and how amazing the food really is. Frankly, I wish it wasn’t so good because at least then we wouldn’t want to waste an entire day driving up there just to eat! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It has been a year since visiting Ricatoni's, and as always, they did not disappoint. The meals were prepared perfectly and the service was fantastic. Word of advice: if you are too full, at least get the Cannolis to go; you will not be disappointed. Delizioso!
This is one of our favorites for a girls' day out (with generous portions). Knowledgeable hostess and serve staff. Our lunch was delicious and prepared as ordered.
Showed up with a party of 10 and they were very accommodating. Food was good. Service was better. Good prices. You'll love it!
