Food is always hot and delicious. As a New Yorker, I can say this place is legit when it comes to having a legit Chinese food. The state that I lived in previously did not have good Chinese food so I'm glad I am somewhere near to a good one. They even serve ice tea in the soup size take out Tupperware! I have only seen that in nyc. I am not a big fan of it because it's way too sweet for me but my husband loved it.
We decided to try a new restaurant since we usually get takeout from Sonny's. I ordered carry-out, and it turned out to be the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The egg foo young was watery, and the gravy was just as bad—absolutely terrible. The restaurant also looked dirty and was not inviting at all. I will not be returning. If you're looking for good Chinese food in the area, I recommend going to Sonny's.
As a DoorDash driver, I often find myself waiting at this location, and the orders are rarely ready when I arrive. I really wish I wouldn't be assigned to this place anymore. Right now, I'm writing this review while I wait for a customer's food, and it's just unacceptable.

Good food= for a good price. Was recommended to them saw they were On Groupon. Since my first visit, I have been back over a dozen times. My neighbors thanked me for recommending them. They don't always smile, but I care more about the food price
Waited two hours for delivery, and it has still not arrived. I live 2 minutes from the place. Never again. As a follow up, called to cancel the order, and she hung up on me. Nice customer service!
I love the Rice Kitchen I have been enjoying them since I have been working from home. The food is great and always fresh. But all of a sudden they don't deliver to Owings Mills anymore.

We got the orange chicken and the sesame chicken and they tasted the exact same. We also got chicken chow main. Overall though, it was affordable Chinese food that fixed our craving
