**Taste:** This is hands down the worst Asian restaurant I’ve encountered. They attempt to combine Japanese, Malay, Thai, and Chinese cuisines, but ultimately, it feels like a mishmash that fails to excel in any of them. **Service:** We requested an extra plastic spoon for our kids to share their food, and the seller was incredibly rude and unreasonable, insisting that we should pay for it. Quite frankly, their behavior was beyond ridiculous.
very very poor customer service. very in considerate people. I went there with my bub pushing the pram. I order a dish and ask them to deliver it to the nearby table. they told me to do it yourself. also the taste of the food was awful. very salty and oily. I ended up throwing it away.
It’s truly scandalous how rude Rick's attitude can be. My suggestion is to move Rick to the back and let the lovely ladies take over serving. Charging $1 for a foam takeout container and being yelled at by Rick is very disappointing. On a positive note, the food is good.
I have been coming to Rick 's Wok N Noodles now for at least 7 yrs the service food is absolutely excellent. I work in retail their customer service is first class so to those negative reviews all I can say is you reap what you sow! Keep up the excellent work. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Poor service. Food was poor quality, chicken fried rice had no chicken. Noodle had no salt. When asked had to pay extra for sauce after spending $20+ per dish. Trying to support a local business, but they need to deserve it
