They make the best Sicilian pizza—at least they did a few years ago. The crust is thick and wonderfully airy, just as it should be. When you take a bite, it’s crispy, not rubbery at all. Plus, they don’t burn their pizzas. If diners want a crust that’s browner, they can reheat it in their own ovens at home. A quality pizza should be lightly baked. The mozzarella should remain white after baking, just melted, with no browning at all. That’s the right way to do it. I'm Sicilian, so trust me on this!
I walk in 3:05 pm staff starts to put chairs to start cleaning process. Rude worker decides to start sweeping the floor you can see the dust coming up the dust is literally flying in the air thru the sun ray while I'm enjoying my food. 3:15 pm Me: excuse me sir do you mind holding that off while I finish my food looks at me like I got a thousand heads. Walks away like I cursed or disrespected his soul. Never coming back.
The pizza would be great if it weren't consistently undercooked. When you request it to be well done, the staff doesn't seem to pay attention. The pizza is served to you so undercooked that the cheese is visibly congealed from sitting out all day. It's really disappointing.
Our organization BCF of Brentwood has ordered food from Rigaton's on several occasions. The amount of food was always made on time and delivered on time. The food is very tasty and plentiful. I would definitely say try the experience your self and enjoy a great meal!!?

This place is fantastic! The food is delicious, the restaurant is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly! What more could you want? Be sure to try their breakfast pizza—yes, you heard that right... BREAKFAST PIZZA! It's truly addictive!
