I am so glad this fantastic restaurant opened up here! Rincon Criollo has authentic Cuban cuisine. The food and service were excellent, as were the cocktails. I also loved the atmosphere. This is an intimate space, so it wasn't crazy loud and noisy. We had a variety of dishes: Ropas Viejas, Rolled chicken with cheese and ham in a delicious sauce, grilled chicken, and flounder in garlic sauce. No one rushed us, we had a great time.
