Now, let’s talk about the owner, who I believe is named Pam. She was incredibly rude and gave me attitude when I questioned her prices. When I tried to ask her something in the kitchen, she dismissed me by saying, "I'm busy right now, sir." What happened to customer service? I had heard all the buzz about Rio's Pizza and its three main locations, with the nearest one being a 20-minute drive to South El Monte. Despite seeing a few negative reviews, I decided to give it a try. All the information I found indicated that they closed at 10 PM, even on Sundays, which is today. I arrived before 8:30 PM, and to my utter disappointment, the place was closed! There's nothing more detrimental to a business than being closed during operating hours, especially for a women-run establishment. Words can't fully capture how incredible this place is! The pizza and wings are absolutely amazing. I still believe they serve the best chicken wings I've ever had, and I'm always craving them. I've been to many wing spots, but none can compare to this one. Their ranch dressing is also top-notch, which is a crucial detail! The atmosphere is fantastic for watching a sporting event or simply enjoying pizza, wings, and beer. They offer a wide variety of menu items, and I've tried many of them—none have ever let me down! All the staff, including the owner, have been incredibly helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

Food is great but a bit pricey!! Customer service isnt the best.. the old lady working there is rude.. asked us to move seats bcus what if a bigger party came in? Mind you the whole time we dined in… there were only two other tables full…It was just unnecessary. The gentleman with the beard is super nice n helpful tho!Food: 5/5
We went at the absolute perfect time. The wait was 30 to 35 minutes for 1 large. But I guess... that's what you should expect if your want good pizza. We were the only customers there. I loved it.
