When you get a mixed drink vodka and coke they charge you for the vodka $7 and an additional $1.50 for the coke $8.50 for the drink. NEVER HEARD OF THIS. I was in town from Florida visiting cousins they heard great things about this place, so we figured we would try it out! Well, it did NOT disappoint in every way! The decor and vibe is really cool with a beach/nautical theme. The food and drinks were delicious! The roasted brussel sprouts the Shepherd?s Pie was to die for! I visited this location the food was good but not great. What I am advising watch your bill. I was paying cash and on each item I was over charged by 50 to 75 cents. I informed the waitress she said ?cash payment and credit card ? payments are different they charge more for using a credit card ? I believe that is illegal. Anyway I was paying cash she called the he try tsay it tax . said, no I know how to add the tax. Finally he said okay . I have to say, Felicidades! Finally, Lindenhurst has an authentic Mexican Restaurant with truly delicious food. We started with drinks, I tried the Rice Pudding Martini it was delightful. Smooth and creamy with the right amount of rum to satisfy your palate. Next we indulged in the freshly made to order Guacamole. He had the Enchiladas and I had the Mexicana Skirt Steak. AMAZING! For dessert we were just greedy but after such a delicious meal we couldn 't help ourselves so, we each had to try something. He got the Tres Leche Cake and I had the Churro with Caramel Ice Cream. I went for a nice dinner with a friend. I tried one of the specials of the day, maduro, queso, and carne. It was spectacular, a plantain covered in queso with tender steak nestled in it. My friend got some tacos which were very good, and I got the enchiladas mixtas, which I very much enjoyed. The staff was very kind and gracious, and all in all, it was a very good meal.
The menu prices are charged higher than what is listed on the menu, and there is a surcharge for credit card, this was not told to us prior to the check. I know times are difficult, but this is called bait and switch. It's a shame. On that note the food which comes in small plates is really very delicious and the margaritas are very good.
This is the 2nd time we have gone to Cebollines. It is a small restaurant, but had no problems accommodating our party of 14, both visits. Super friendly staff, delicious food, and great atmosphere. A little tucked away gem!
This is a great small family owned restaurant. Everything is always fresh, prepared correctly, and served with pride. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Good for any occasion.

The staff (Leo Kevin) were friendly they were on top of everything. The food made by the owner was incredible. Great place to hang out with friends. Good time was had by all, we will be back!
