at a house, only the road for a week, we had the pleasure to visit the rising sun several times. can not say enough about how great this place is! excellent eating everything from fish and chips to Sunday roast to some of the best wobble rings I ever had. super friendly staff, all offer great service. unexpected entertainment in open microphone night on Saturday night to play evening on Monday and all with the additional bonus to be able to go comfortably home! cat, the owner, let us welcome each time we visited. in any case they visit when they are in the opposite. we plan to stay this year and look forward to the return to the rising sun!
The food at this restaurant is unbeatable. We went there this evening for the Build Your Own Burger Tuesday special and it was incredible. Personally, I am a huge burger critic and I can honestly say this is the best burger I have ever had. I would highly recommend it. The service is excellent, second to none. Thank you to Kate, John, and the team for a wonderful experience. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.
Lovely pub. We went for a wedding there and I was very happy to be a guest in a place like that. The garden was decorated very nicely, plenty of seats outside, lovely food and puddings, very clean toilets and a good selection of beers in the bar. I would go there again for lunch and drink when I visit the area. Staff were very friendly and up for a chat, which was nice. Food: 5
what a simply fabulous foundation, embedded between trees and picturesque houses. the staff was very friendly, the manager went out of her way to make us fresh lime and so even though they were busy we had on Sunday afternoons that were super: fresh colorful veg, perfectly boiled lamb, amazing bratkartoffeln and extra gravy dog-friendly, beautiful outside. This pub is absolutely gorgeous. We went to a lovely wedding, the pub, garden and food were fab. Extremely good buffet, the food was lovely. The staff were really sweet and really attentive too.
